1.    Product Description:
Bolt free storage shelving, is also called boltless metal shelf. It doesn't need bolts and nuts. A variety of sizes of open and closed metal shelving achieve efficient storage, range from small to bulk items. 

It can be quickly adjusted to keep pace with any change to your storage requirements. It is suitable for virtually every kind of items from small components to heavy cartons. The modular design allows the maximum useful storage volume to be achieved, with units extending to the ceiling if required.

 2.  The basic components 

The bolt free storage shelving is composed of frames, step beams and shelves. The frames are welded instead of bolted with screws, with uprights and bracings pre-welded before assembly.

 The cold rolled steel sheets are used to make the steel shelves. Normally the material thickness can be 0.4mm to 0.6mm,  4-6 pcs of shelves for one level of racking. Underneath the shelves, reinforced bars are spot welded to offer more loading capacity.

 The finish of all painted parts is an Epoxy-powder coating polymerized at 180 °C.

The standard colors are  RAL 5015 (=blue) and RAL 7035 (=light gray). Shleves can also be galvanized finishing. Special colors are available on request.
